Once again, she found out the main frustration of making a no-budget film-just getting people to show up when there's no money or alcohol involved, no matter how many people said they would help.

Had a walking stick mono-pod he'd made for his camera. He talked about and showed the infrared shots he specializes in.

Brought a lot of weapon props for the ninjas to use.

Brought his camera, tripod, and cart for tracking and dolly shots.

Talked about a short movie he was working on, a love story ghost story shot in miniDV called “letting Go” with 2 crew, 2 actors, 2 sets. Director of Photoraphy was Stan Williams.

Asked Tina about releasing all the footage made from her script under a creative commons by-sa license.

Had a great idea of shooting the ninja fights as shadows. With some major re-placement of lighting we got some pretty good shots.

That last is Creative Commons, attribution, share-alike.
Which lets anyone edit the footage together and make their own works as long as their works carry the same license.
Using the new Creative Commons publisher 2.04.3 it's really easy to upload after you sign up to the Internet Archive (well, well worth it.)
Preferably in MP2 or MPEG format, since those take less space and are more ubiquitous codecs that can be used for editing. Add any other additional formats you may wish, however.

The film co-op workshop provides the time and workspace for making a short, short film once a month. Ideally, one every month for each year until we can put DVD anthologies to sell (a minimal percentage will go to the film co-op to cover space rental and equipment [i.e. The green screen, etc.] only, the rest to be split between the directors or production companies)
